At Nebula Card Co. We want every collector to be happy with their purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our trading card supplies, sealed products, and single cards.
Returns Eligibility (Supplies & Accessories)
You may return trading card supplies and accessories (e.g., sleeves, top loaders, cases, etc.) within:
30 days of receiving your order
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition
Free from damage or wear
If the item has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, we cannot accept the return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
Sealed Trading Card Products
(due to tamper concerns)
Single Cards
(due to condition sensitivity)
Digital or downloadable items
These items are final sale unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within:
48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product & packaging
We will offer one of the following depending on the situation:
A replacement
A refund
Store credit
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at:

Please include:
Your full name
Order number
The item(s) you want to return
Reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change‑of‑mind or non‑faulty returns.
We recommend using tracked shipping.
We cannot refund items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:
5–10 business days
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
B2B / Wholesale Returns
If you purchase through a business, wholesale, or bulk agreement, separate return terms may apply.
These will be provided during your B2B onboarding.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has shipped, it must follow our returns process.
