Processing Times
We process and pack orders same day or following day.
During busy periods (product launches, holidays, restocks), processing times may increase slightly, but we aim to keep delays minimal.

We ship orders from our UK facility via Royal Mail, we may however use other carriers such as:

Order Tracking
If you choose a tracked shipping service, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
If you selected an untracked service, tracking information will not be available.
Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses

If an address is entered incorrectly:
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages
If the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re‑delivery costs
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or missing:

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation and may request the item(s) be returned.
Pre‑Orders
Pre‑order items will ship on the stated release date
Orders containing both pre‑orders and in‑stock items may be shipped together or separately
